SAUCES
All I ever want to make is bolognese but for the sake of Sean, I try to also include other sauce varieties. However, I'm on a mission to perfect my take on the bolognese classic sauce from Emilia Romagna. The latest round of experimentation includes grinding my own combination of meat and drying my own tomatoes for homemade tomato paste.
DUMPLINGS
My mom's perfect recipe and my most favorite meal that includes non-traditional ground chicken, bok choy and pantry spices. Working on variations of veggie dumplings, soup dumplings and other mixes of meat to try and make it my own.
