7-Eleven's launched their website redesign and mobile site in June, 2010. The site was designed to align with the how guests interact with the brick and mortar stores by creating their digital storefront with the same "convenience without compromise." I served as the account lead for 7-Eleven's digital AOR and managed the creative and technical development of the site. Site traffic increased by +19% YoY with continual off-trend growth +8% throughout the first year, post launch.
